L.H Piyasena & Company Private Limited commenced operations as a partnership in 1960 as Building Contractors and Engineers and was subsequently incorporated to a Limited Liability Company.

The company is fully and geared and has the capability to meet the very high demand of the modern construction industry in terms of maintaining high standards of building techniques strictly adhering to the code of conduct of the relevant Professional Institutions.

The company with its professional and technical manpower resources undertakes construction projects of nay magnitude. Through the experience and the background of the Directors, Staff and well trained technical work force, the Company stresses much importance on singular responsibility for successful completion of large and complex projects.

The company holds ICTAD M1 category registration and fully equipped with its own Machinery and Equipment to undertake projects of any magnitude with its vast professional and manpower resources, to handle projects locally and overseas. It has a workforce of over 1000 personnel, where 500 are skilled workers in various vocations.
